The Sin-Eater

In folklore, a sin-eater is someone who ritually takes on the sins of a deceased person through a meal. In Hæth, this act of kindness is afforded to the living and the dead alike and Sin-Eaters travel looking for trauma and hardship that they can help alleviate. It can be a lonely role but traveling with friends can certainly help the journey.
